Jill T. Slomski, MBA.
Jill T. Slomski is a nationally-renowned speaker, and a coach who leads a team that specializes in working with Financial Advisors. Through her nearly thirty years of experience, Jill has built Niche into an industry leader by empowering, encouraging, and developing clients through their Personal Branding, Branch Team Branding, and Continued Coaching.
With authenticity and a one-on-one approach, Jill coaches her clients to better communicate their values, develop their businesses, elevate their presences in their communities, and, ultimately, be their best selves.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jill attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Educational Psychology and went on to earn an MBA from Gannon University. Prior to launching Niche Team, LLC full time, Jill also held professorships at regional universities for over twenty years.

Kaitlyn S. Nelson, MBA.
Kaitlyn S. Nelson is a Partner and Operations Manager. She uses her love of efficiency and processes to develop and maintain all Internal Operations and Brand Management for Niche. Through her determination for excellence, Kaitlyn has helped to position Niche as one of the top coaching firms for professionals in Finance.
Kaitlyn earned bachelor’s degree in Business with a dual concentration in Marketing and Advertising from Mercyhurst University followed by an M.B.A. from Gannon University.
She resides in Fairview, Pennsylvania with her husband, Eli; daughter, Madeline; and son, Teddy.
